The PADI Emergency First Response (EFR) course, offered by The Pure Coastal in Sharm El Sheikh, provides you with the confidence and skills to respond effectively to medical emergencies — both diving-related and everyday incidents.
In this one-day, classroom-based program, certified instructors teach Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary Care (First Aid) through video sessions and hands-on practice. You’ll learn to assess situations, perform CPR, provide rescue breathing, and manage injuries such as shock or bleeding.
This course is open to anyone aged 10 or older and is a prerequisite for the PADI Rescue Diver course. The EFR certification is valid for 24 months.
