This non-diving course prepares you to handle medical emergencies confidently. Over one day, you’ll train in Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary Care (First Aid), gaining the knowledge to manage life-threatening and minor incidents until professional help arrives.
Through hands-on practice with realistic scenarios and manikins, you’ll build practical confidence and learn essential emergency procedures. The certification remains valid for 24 months and fulfills prerequisites for the PADI Rescue Diver course.
Not allowed for:
No restrictions beyond being physically capable of performing CPR and First Aid.
